Frequently asked questions
How do I mark a place as visited?
Open a list (countries, states, cities, landmarks, airports or Interstates) and tap the place. Tap again to unmark it. Interstates can be marked stretch by stretch.
Where do the percentages come from?
From public surveys and statistics about US adults (Pew Research, YouGov and others). They do not come from app users. The sources for each list are in the Profile section.
Do I need internet or an account?
No. The app works offline and does not require an account. Your marks are stored on your phone.
Will I lose my marks if I switch phones?
If iCloud backup (iOS) or Google backup (Android) is enabled, your data moves with the system backup when you restore your new phone.
How do I delete my data?
In Profile, tap «Clear all marked places». Uninstalling the app also removes all of its data from the device.
How do I share my result?
In any list, tap «Share» and choose post (4:5) or story (9:16). The app renders the image on your phone and hands it to the app you pick.
Can I change the language?
Yes. In Profile you can switch between Spanish and English at any time.
